Two Winter events have been held recently, both very well attended and much enjoyed by our members. The first was a concert in November, held at the Methodist Church, in collaboration with Friends of Alzey and performed by the Lea Singers. Featuring a newly composed piece by Kim Porter, the concert celebrated town twinning. The second event on 7th December, was a soirée, at the Plough and Harrow, with a buffet and French carol singing, ably accompanied by Alison on keyboard. The soirée definitely got us into Xmas mode!
